「We were so excited to return to Bali after many years and choose The Stones Hotel again. It did not disappoint, amazing location, service and staff. I need to call out Dyna who was absolutely amazing not only with our check-in but daily chats and an extended check out to ensure there was no gap before our flight, we hope you enjoy our gift Dyna!!! 「基本上我們是依照照片漂亮而來，而且且標榜四星半，但是來到現場發現一切沒有達到四星的標準，優點就是靠近雷根徒步區，走幾步路就有酒吧餐廳還有逛街的地方，但是缺點就是房間感覺有點老舊，也沒有很乾淨，有潮濕霉味，重點是我住的是102號房，那邊收訊超差。但是大致上來說還是可以接受的。」
