「Everything is perfect. Wonderful service and clean room. 」

「I was visiting my daughters and had help from them for the majority of my trip. I am a wheelchair user and needed help to get my suitcase to the hotel entrance from my room on my departure date. When I called guest services at 4:30am on a Monday I was told there was no one available who could help me. Fortunately I have a roller suitcase and pushed the suitcase with my knees. Even though the hotel is not required to have 24 hour help for something like this, it would have been nice if someone...

「The person at the reception was not hospitable and doesn't feel like working. Didn't greet it properly, and didn't told me about the amenities on the property or if the breakfast is included or not.」

「Great location near Allen County arena. Located on busy road near mall so lots of food options. Hotel was plain but comfortable bed and room. Breakfast was basic but good.」

「They were undergoing renovations at the time we were there, which are very much needed in the rooms. Staff was helpful, but internet was out for one day. I think once the renovations are complete should be good to stay, but until they are completed would look for somewhere else. 」

「The staff were very accommodating in changing our room when the 1st room we were given Rm#310 reeked of cigarette/cigar smoke. Our eyes began watering & noses were burning literally the second we opened the door to Rm#310. The property is older & rooms could use some updating, but everything was clean. The Fitness Center was adequate. The Breakfast had a wide variety of food & my only suggestion is the hot foods were only warm. Parking was plentiful & well lit. 」

「This property was very clean! My children( picky eaters) was actually pleased with the selections for breakfast. They do have a bossiness center and gym and pool on site. 」

「We had a handicap room but the bathroom was not accessible the toilet was so low I had to help my grandparents off the toilet and there was no grab bars at all」

「The room was clean and had plenty of space. The pool was closed and then reopened but then closed again. There is no hot tub on the property as shown in pictures. Breakfast was ok and the pancake machine was not functioning.」

「Enjoyed the layout of my room, everything was very clean, including the common spaces. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in Fort Wayne」
