"The room was very clean. The bathtub felt gritty when I got in to take a shower, however towels were freshly laundered, sheets were clean, AC worked. Staff was very helpful as we had a burnt out bulb, however the manager on duty came right up to fix it for us. Breakfast was so-so. Overall it was a pleasant stay- clean room convenient to interstate and the airport. Will stay here again if the need arises."

"The room had a smell I had to spary air freshener every hour. I went to bed around 12:30 and felt like something kept bitting me under their covers. So I got up and went home. Never even stayed there 5 hours. A waiste of 132 I could have went to another hotel."

"The casino seemed really nice, the staff were great. The rooms were not well insulated, I could hear everyone next door. There were no sheers on the window so it was either have the drapes closed, or have them open and everyone could see in while I changed etc. There was no way to turn the brightness on the ac and the thermostat down, so it was either be hot with no ac, or have my sleep disturbed by a bright LED display - and they were on opposite sides of the bed, so rolling over didn’t help. The shower was broken. Not only was there no hot water, the knob was broken so the indicator just rolled around loosely - that might have been a bigger challenge if there were hot water, but since there wasn’t, it was just annoying. "

"This hotel was absolutely horrible. Walking through the hallways and finding the room was very scary as it was completely dark it looked like a dungeon. once I got into my room I felt very uneasy. It felt very old and had a funny smell. When I woke up the next morning as the mattress was extremely uncomfortable I had a horrible night sleep. I tried to go find somewhere to get coffee downstairs and upon my return to the room, I could not help but notice that there was mold around the entire room on the wall walls something I hadn’t noticed the day before. When I asked to switch to a new room, I was handed the key and told that I had 30 minutes to move my bags to the new room before the original room key was deactivated. I was never offered any assistance to move all of my things to a new room. I definitely give this hotel a thumbs down as it was subpar very dirty and the staff just was not helpful at all. I would never recommend this hotel. I caution anyone who even considers booking a room with them."

"The hotel itself was nice, but having to pay separately for breakfast and it not being complimentary was definitely disappointing. On top of that, they were having plumbing issues and the horrible smells throughout parts of the stay honestly made it hard to fully enjoy the experience."
