"Excellent hotel in a great location. A few small changes would make every category a 5star....the TV isn't located to easily view while sitting on the sofa; a more central placement would allow people to use the sofa and watch while in bed. Also, there was no bathroom ventilation, so it quickly got steamy making it difficult to get ready. And there should be eighter a bathroom nightlight or a dimmer - turning the light on to use the facilities at night resulted in waking the whole room. "

"Not what I was expecting for downtown Charleston, but it didn't have a great rating to begin with so I shouldn't have been surprised. The furniture was worn and stained. The coffee area could only serve one person at a time, comfortably. The Staff was very nice but not very well schooled on customer service. I don't think a receptionist should stop in the middle of checking me in to answer the phone, except to maybe say "please hold". She then proceeded to give directions to someone while I'm...
