「2eme sejour dans cet hôtel. Accueil très agréable et professionnel. Après notre installation sortie pour événement familial et retour très tardif. 「We loved staying here. It was a treat to stay in such a historic building. The hosts were wonderful, so warm and kind. We stayed in the very top suite (l’oisellerie) which involved a lot of stairs, but it was quiet and atmospheric. The bed was amazing, and the continental breakfast with little crepes was very nice. There are excellent restaurants just down the street, and all of the sights are a very short walk away. 」

「What a wonderful chateau. No restaurant but plenty of tables to eat outside with your own picnic with plates and cutlery available free to use Some lovely walks around the area. And a pool to use. The hostess cannot be more helpful and the breakfast was a treat. Cannot recommend highly enough. 」

「Chateau is beautiful and in a very peaceful spot. I would describe it as 'shabby chic' as there are areas where money could be spent. However it is lovely and features such as the sweeping staircase, chandelier's and furniture look gorgeous. Town is only 4 miles away with a range of restaurants. Continental breakfast was great and plentiful. Only met 1 member of staff at breakfast but she was lovely and gave us some of the history of the chateau. Another English couple were staying in Kings Room...

「Stayed at this amazing property my for one night with work colleagues before a work meeting in Fontainebleau. This is a private residence where the family and small staff serve you as if you are family visiting their home. The difference is the meals and the service are exquisite and your every whim is catered to; including a fire waiting for you outside the home ( … aka mansion) after dinner. Each room has its own private restroom and the decor takes you back in time as if you are...

「It's a real château with huge rooms. It's very quite and cozy , the view's perfect. However , there were some flies in our room that we spent 10 mins to get THEM out of the room. Free wifi and free breakfast.」
