Needs improvement

It was a warm day when we arrived and the AC did not work in our assigned room. The front desk clerk kept ignoring our complaints and told us that the technician said the AC system was "working fine". But the tecnician never even came to our room. After we complained again, we were moved to another room. The AC did work in the second room, but not as well as a good AC system should. There was a kettle in the room along with a supply of coffee and tea, which is nice to have. However, the only cups provided were flimsy paper cups that were too hot to hold when they contained hot liquid. Ceramic cups, or even sturdy paper cups would be an improvement. The bed was comfortable and there was a choice of pillows. All of the other staff, except the one mentioned previously, were very cordial and very helpful.

O hotel é bem localizado, você consegue conhecer os principais pontos turísticos a pé. Além disso, o tram passa bem em frente ao hotel. O restaurante também é bom. O quarto é claro e bem iluminado. O principal ponto negativo é não ter frigobar, confesso que quando eu fiz a reserva não observei isso. Para o padrão de hotel e preço da diária, esperava ter.

Hôtel pas du tout au niveau d’un 4 étoiles.

Expérience désastreuse : problèmes multiples de cartes d’accès. A la fin on m’a fourni un passé partout de la gouvernante car sinon impossible de rentrer dans ma chambre. On m’a fait changé de chambre 2 fois car la Clim ne fonctionnait pas, la chambre devenait un sauna à la place. J’ai changé de chambre à 3:30 du matin. Le signal de la télé bug. C’est un détail mais le buffet du petit déjeuner pourrait proposer un toasteur. Cet hôtel n’est pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles.
