Very good basic accommodations.

We had a pleasant day at the hotel which offers basic accommodations. The location is excellent close to the downtown core and is also quiet. We would stay there again.

I was attending an event at the IceParc so the location is great. The room is small but adequate and comfortable, and the kitchenette is very nice. The supermarket next day is convenient. I rated cleanliness lower because some kitchen utensils were not clean; I had to wash cutlery before using.

Simple apartment hotel

This is an apartment hotel with a little kitchenette. I stayed for 5 night and there was no housekeeping service which was fine for me. I asked for fresh towels and I had everything I needed. Very close to Ice skating arena I was going everyday and a supermarket is right next door. Convenient location for my trip.

Great Hotel enroute to Paris

Short break in Angers

The apartments are an easy walk from the city centre and all of it's amenities. The apartments are clean and comfortable, and the reception staff very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Staff were very pleasant. Room ("apartment") was dreary, depressing, could have used some colour on the walls. Space was cramped in "kitchen" and around table in "bedroom." It served its basic purpose but I was happy to leave.

Decent and value for money.

Convenient location and easy access to food and transportation. Rooms are spacious but bathroom a little tiny. Non-airconditioned but a fan was provided for. Overall a decent apart-hotel as a base to explore the region. Family of 03.

Room was good and air conditioned. Unfortunately the corridors between reception and room were very hot and stuffy. Was able to prebook carpark space - it is in secure parking below the building but you'll need to check in first to get the code. Reasonably close to city centre (10 mins walk).

NICE STAY

The location of the hotel was very good for our visit to the Ice Arena Angers for the Continental Cup tournament. There is a supermarket next door to the hotel, which we found very convenient. We stayed in a studio which was very comfortable and clean. The only problem we encountered was the radiator in the bedroom was not working and we were given a small electric heater, which was adequate to warm up the room. We would have liked a toaster instead of trying to make toast in the combination microwave/grill. There was a good selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

"Disappointing" is an understatement.

I stayed in this hotel for 12 days (less actually as I moved out early even though prepaid). Several other individuals at the same conference moved early to other hotels. One cleaning of the room over the entire period - bad enough being there in a heatwave but my mid-stay cleaning meant that my towel number was reduced to one rather than two by the cleaners, and not even a replacement of my communion wafer size soap bar (supermarket next door thankfully). No mention of limited room service on the website, so be warned. No air-conditioning but found out that one could ask for a fan. As I mentioned, several other people at the the same conference checked out early - quote of one - "I can endure no fan but not the mold in the shower!!!". Staff overall friendly and helpful, although the seemingly sole male doesn't know how to smile and appear unaware that he is in the service industry! A smile goes a long way sir!!! On the plus side, the apartments are pleasant (mold excepted) and the location good. But do yourself a favor and stay in superior accommodation at similar prices. Never a repeat from this customer.
