「We found the property comfortable and relaxing. Very convenient,as it is a short walk into town. A lovely cafe and deli shop in town.」

「Room, pub and staff were lovely. However, if you're looking to get a good nights rest avoid the tower. Its a pub so loud music and open till late, walls and floors paper thin so you can hear conversations going on downstairs, music thumbping till midnight and then the person tidying up was pushing the chairs along the wooden flooring which created a loud screeching noise」

「Great pre-arrival service with emails sharing possible local sites and places to eat. Then, such a warm welcome on arrival. Great room and we had wonderful views down into Perth. Perth was within easy walking distance. The lounge with the wood burning fire in the evening was cozy and a great environment to enjoy a wee dram. Great breakfast.」

「There is no air con and the window cannot be opened. There is no curtain near the bath tub. No staff come to clean up after 11 am. Breakfast which costs 12.5 pounds but very few choices . Small hotel not quite the same as in the advertisement. 」

「The hotel is a little tired. But my room was clean and comfortable. Was disappointed at check in to be informed they were not serving breakfast. I would have liked to have been told this in advance of my stay. 」

「In centre of town close to restaurants bars etc. Limited car parking at Hotel but paying car park nearby . 」

「I arrived a bit early. Nobody wS there, save a sign and two phone numbers to call. I reached someone, and was asked to wait a few minutes. A bit later, i checked in. Bags were carried for me. and i was shown how the electric worked. A nice touch was the cooked to order complimentary breakfast the next morning. Save for those first few minutes, my stay was fine.」
