I waited 3 hours to get into my room. Breakfast server told me to bus my own dishes while he just standing there like log! Very poor hospitality. 👎

Air conditioning very cool keep 18.5 no matter how I change, on the other day when I told reception they arranged staff to fix. Temperature can keep within 21-23 afterwards. Toilet also leak on second date morning, but fixed when we return to our room.

It took more than 15 mins to wait in line for check-in, but there was only 1 person before us. Why there wasn't any staff to open another line for check-in.

Unhappy With Grand Earl
This hotel was rated a 4 star on hotels.com, but the hotel itself had a 3 star rating. Smelled like mildew and was dirty. Black clumps of mold growing around bath tub. Room dirty. Breakfast room rundown and not clean. Not comfortable eating food!

The hotel is located one block from train station. The hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast didnt have many options for westerners, but staff were accomodating. Would recommend.

整體不差，但早餐衛生待加強
居住房間位於10樓，不知道是不是因為算高級樓層，都滿安靜的。 比較想給早餐上的建議，有時人一多菜色並沒有即時補上，且好幾天都有看到小果蠅。

房價=服務=水準
服務：早班服務熱忱，夜班就不及格了；設備：浴室水壓很足，但就是掛的地方角度不對，隔音也不行，隔壁坐上床的聲音會感覺背後牆壁也在震動，空調聲音震動太大了，好像放了一臺壓縮機在房間，冰箱完全沒有效果，像是保溫箱，最重要的是⋯電燈半夜居然會自動開啟⋯最後放了平安符就沒有再亮了，環境算是很好，剛好在市區圓環旁邊，近火車站約3、5分鐘左右，停車⋯也還可以啦，很吃技術而已；早餐：餐廳位置也很好，外面的風景很清楚，但是麵包根本是隔夜的，裏面都會硬的～
