「The room was clean and nice. One bed had a squeak which was a little annoying but truly minor. It was my second stay here in 2 weeks and I'll keep coming back if we are going to Mayo. It's super convenient, great staff, good breakfast and the rooms are really nice. They treat you well here.」

「My check in was somewhat confusing but eventually got thru it. If you're a cancer patient be sure to have your verification letter from Mayo Clinic several days before arriving. I was waiting to hear from Hope Lodge and didn't want to book something and have to cancel and possibly get charged for a room I didn't need. Book directly with hotel, be careful sometimes you think you are booking with the hotel online but in fact you are with third party. You will not receive cancer rate if this...
