"Front desk were very friendly. 10 to 15minute walk to the falls. Unfortunately. The room wasn’t well cleaned. Still got somebody’s hair on the bed. And smell like someone had slept on your bed. I am not sure if the cleaning staff had changed the sheets. "

"成個酒店得一個微波爐可供顧客使用，另外製冰機亦係得一部，房間清潔欠佳。另外嗰房好嘈，樓上及周圍到晚上，有好多小朋友跳蹦蹦，致房間內很嘈。難以入睡打電話到前台叫人幫忙，效果都唔係好理想。"

"We booked a “River View” room for two nights. It was on the 6th Floor. The Hotel is just across the road from the “Skylon Tower”. Room was surprisingly spacious. One side of the big windows we could see the American Falls - although it was from a long distance. The other side was facing the Casino Hotel. The location is excellent! From the Hotel entrance turn left and walk down the hill 3 minutes and you are on the waterfront. A few minutes walk to see the US Falls and 5-8 minutes to the see the beautiful Horseshoe Niagara Falls. Hotel included free parking and breakfast. The continental breakfast was simple so don't expect too much. Hotel is a little dated but for the location and price, you will not be disappointed. Walk 15 minutes to "Clifton Hill" streets, and you will find yourself at a mini "Las Vegas". 👍👍 The second night we walked down the street to see the Fireworks and Light show! Overall, it was a wonderful experience and nice holiday. 😁😁"

"We stayed for two nights at the fallsview hotel, but were disappointed at how the hotel missed the house keeping for our room, even upon reminding the front desk a few times throughout the day, as we came back to the room in the afternoon to find out the room was left the same as it was when we left in the morning. When we came back to the hotel after dinner that night, no towels were replaced, no beds were made up, trash bins were all left full, and the worst of all was the shampoo and body wash were all out. We had to request for all the amenities on that night. It was a very disappointing experience at the hotel."
