「The staff were rude and not helpful at all. Our kids were not allowed to use the pool, and we later heard from a staff member that the pool does not even belong to the hotel. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.」

「Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve.」

「Great staff at the desk and at the bar. A taxi ride away from the center of the city, but taxis are plentiful and cheap. Great atmosphere, and lovely pool (which closes oddly early, though).」

「If you want to escape the madness of Medina, then Les Deux Tours is the perfect escape. Located 15 mins from Medina and 30 from the airport, the hotel is an oasis of calm. Set in a huge garden, there are multiple hidden gardens to walk through, with Peacocks roaming alongside cats and ponds with frogs and turtles. Our junior suite had its own court yard which was perfect for morning coffees and cards. There were plenty of places to eat, drink and the pool was perfect for chilling at. The...

「Lovely riad, just outside the medina. Rooftop breakfast was divine as was the whole experience. The staff were all lovely, polite and helpful, nothing was too much for them (I would give 6 or 7 stars if possible). The room, though small, had everything we needed (air-con a must!!!). My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our stay.」

「A quick 1-night stay near the beautiful Marrakech train station, passing through from Rabat to being picked up for our glamping trip in the Sahara. Room was adequate; very clean. Street traffic outside room window was loud and busy - as expected. One suggestion would be to install blackout curtains as the thin sheers currently being used block out very little street light.」
