「A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.」

「Everything amazing! Besides having to walk 20min from the gondola to get there (downhill so easy walk). The place is definitely worth the walk. Best view, best food, relaxed and courteous hospitality. The hotel was not fully booked so they let us leave at 6pm, at no cost! Disclosure: the walk is not necessary if you get there at 8am or 5pm. During open slopes is not possible. 」

「Das Personal war sehr freundlich, grosses, sauberes Zimmer mit 2 Lavabo, Dusche, Badewanne und genügend Schränken. Es hatte im Zimmer einen Wasseekocher, Tee und Kaffee. Einzig der Kaffeerahm hat gefehlt.」

La struttura è complessivamente un po' (ma piacevolmente) datata, alcuni particolari in camera potrebbero essere arricchiti o migliorati, ma si tratta di un due stelle con una tariffa proporzionata. 「We spent one night at this hotel and loved it. We arrived early and one of our rooms was already ready, which was very convenient. Simple rooms but with everything. The spa is also great, and the restaurant is excellent. Everything went great and we will definitely stay here again whenever we come to this area. Only thing that could be improved is that the pool temperature was not very warm (definitely not 35 degrees), so it was a bit cold for the cool weather.」

「從火車站往市中心一直走8-10分鐘就到達，市中心很多食店，酒店大堂和房間的裝修和設備有點舊,像70年代，訂了兩個房間但其中一個厠所有點臭味，但以價格來說value for money，尤其和鄰近地區比較(Andermatt, Visp)」

「lake view suit is nice and breakfast is good. Actually, the swimming poor is quit small. There are too many people, very noisy and crowded.」
