"Our first time in Lisbon, the MOA hotel was very clean and our room was large. The shower was amazing and huge but the lighting in the bathroom was awful. Although we booked a suite, there were no essentials at all. We had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle but were only provided with paper cups, which is no big deal, but we were there for a few days and would have preferred mugs to prevent using disposable cups. We asked for cutlery to eat a meal we brought in, the front desk lady said she would send it up. Never arrived. The staff were friendly, the location was fine but there could have been better options for a suite. "

"The location is excellent for exploring Lisbon's main attractions. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet menu was delicious. Thank you so much!"

"Our stay would have been perfect if only the airconditioning is better. We were initially assigned to a room with a broken AC. They moved us to another room with a working AC the next day. Controls for the AC are in a main switch in the reception. They seem to have specific temperatures at certain times and for us it still wasn’t cold enough. We opened the window with little effect to cool the room. But we still slept soundly so it was fine. Rooms were clean. 1st set of tea and coffee in-room was free but they charge if you request more. We didn’t really need more as they serve good coffee and tea during breakfast. Good selection of food at breakfast buffet. Beds were comfortable. Staff were nice. Location was good. Close to a convenience store, cafes, restaurants, and shopping mall. Very cheap Uber/Bolt ride too if you want to get to the tourist spots. Oh, and the rooftop pool is a plus! Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Would recommend this hotel! "
