「We had a great stay at Hotel Mercer. The hotel is centrally located- a few minutes walk to the cathedral. The hotel is spotless and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful- they booked restaurants and tickets, and gave great advice to ensure we got the most out of our trip to Seville. Lucy especially was so welcoming and kind. 「未入住前已安排好了登記及發出電子鎖匙，到步後就可以立刻進入房間，放下行李，稍作休息後就係可外出遊覽。省卻了一般酒店登記入住的時間。 另外，可能是遇上了一星期清潔房間時間，清潔了一次房間覺得挺意外！ 而且地點方便，但又清靜。有兩間浴室，又有黑膠唱片機。唯一缺點是在一樓而只有樓梯，但對住本人來說問題不大。 總括來說，物超所值。」
