"The staff very welcoming and helpful. The hotel included breakfast sail and a small bottle of Prosecco upon arrival - unexpected upgrades - both appreciated. The location is within easy walking distance of everything: restaurants, sites, and shopping. Would definitely recommend."

"Excellent location. On border of old town and short walk to main tourist attractions, shops, bars, etc No on street parking, but underground paid parking available only meters away..... Charges about 20 euros per day."

"We were disappointed by our stay at this hotel. The room was basic and the bathroom was small. The hotel is dated. Cleaners woke us every morning talking and parking cleaning trolleys outside the room. Also heard noise from neighbouring rooms when they used the shower. Water temperature changed during showering from cool to very hot. Pool area was nice but tied. Decided not to eat at the hotel more cost effective and nicer experience to eat local to the hotel. "

"Lovely hotel in a great location and we just returned from our second time staying there. The rooms are huge with a lot of storage (though we got a premium room again). Beds are so comfortable and it’s very quiet so we had a great sleep. Bathroom and toiletries are lovely and housekeeping excellent. Weather wasn’t so hot this time so we didn’t visit the rooftop pool as we did last time. Love the coffee and sweeties available too."
