We had a great stay at Hotel Mercer. The hotel is centrally located- a few minutes walk to the cathedral. The hotel is spotless and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful- they booked restaurants and tickets, and gave great advice to ensure we got the most out of our trip to Seville. Lucy especially was so welcoming and kind. Thank you all.

The Mercer Hotel was a beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay and loved the location. It was close to everything yet a street over from a busy street so it was quiet and peaceful during our stay.

We loved our stay here. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated, the room was spacious and comfortable, every detail was thought through. We especially appreciate the very kind and helpful staff. This hotel was incredible. The front desk team made us feel right at home. Pablo the concierge is also amazing! He booked all of our lunch and dinner reservations and picked the most spectacular places. The rooftop pool is great after a hot day of walking around, and the rooms are comfortable. Highly recommend!

The personalized and attentive, yet not overbearing, hospitality of this hotel made our stay here special. The rooms were lovely, the bathroom was spacious and clean. The design of the hotel was great, having multiple places to sit both on each floor and the lobby, and enjoy natural sunlight coming through while waiting for the rest of our group. The bar area and the restaurant each had multiples rooms / areas which adds to the privacy and ambience. We would definitely stay here again.

Best 5 star hotel!

This hotel exceeds it 5 star status! What a beautiful hotel and incredibly amazing staff. All the staff treat the hotel and the guest as if it were their own. The rooms are perfect and the hotel is exceptionally clean and so relaxing and peaceful. It’s just far away enough from the crowds and noise of Seville but just a few blocks from it all. We can’t wait to go back!!

Nice building and location. Everything is impeccably clean and staff is very nice. However: the beds are not great (too soft and squeaky) and the breakfast is a joke given the price (paid 80 Euros for two though we did not have a lot of food). Overall too expensive for what you get

We loved the staff. Annabelle set the tone right away by helping us get tot he hotel when we were having a difficult time finding the alternate route and roads were closed. They recommended wonderful restaurants. We were so happy with the service and the room was very nice too. We will return and send our friends. Thank you.

Outstanding place to stay in Seville

Absolutely a great, luxury hotel with the kind of service you would expect at a luxury hotel. It’s not cheap, so if you’re looking for a deal, this hotel may not be for you. But, if you’re looking for a hotel in a great location, that is also quiet, and with outstanding service, this is it. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a small balcony. There were only 7 rooms on our floor, so the hotel is nice and quiet. And, it’s located on a quiet street, so there’s not much noise coming from the streets below. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop pool and terrace. We highly enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend it. And, again, the service is everything you would expect at a 5 star hotel, and then some.
