「當初會住宿此地即是看上房間裡面設有壁爐，松木燃燒的香氣令人感到愉悅。整潔度，浴室排水不良等問題可以加強一下。服務人員的英語能力和接待態度也建議要提升。」

「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「Sent us to wrong address 2 hrs away, then once we called for what we booked they sent us to a dirty room with bugs inside it, false advertising no trees or woods anywhere. No one ever got back or replied we immediately left.」
