"I liked that shuttle was offered to the train station but it was only from 7-10am. Otherwise it's a 20 min walk to the train station so it would have been nice to have the shuttle offered all day."

"The fire alarm rang on the morning 08:00 of the 24th for forever, no announcements or guidance from hotel staff. Air conditioning was broken during our entire 3 night stay and we were told just as the receptionist handed us the keys, a bit late to also mention that there will be heavy construction drilling from 08:30-17:00 hrs, Add insult to injury there was no hot water from the 24th of July through our departure on the morning of the 25th. This was a severe hardship as we had a long journey...

"Lovely hotel in a great location and clean throughout. Staff very helpful, but issues in bar in the evening and service not the best. The room is small but does the job as it’s only a base. Woukd recommend for access to O2 and central London"
