「We arrived at the hotel on a Thursday and check in time was 3 o’clock and we were told that the room isn’t ready they are getting it cleaned, as we were waiting several customers came in and were given a room, I asked if there is another room available and my question was dismissed, she stated they are working on it now, still waiting and the office staff is in the office laughing and have a great time while you have customers waiting like go help housekeeping if you don’t have anything to do....

「Hot lobby, had to fill out a registration card despite booking and paying online, poor wiring in the room two lamps were not working. Mini fridge and microwave at first had no power. Very small bathroom you had to flick the lights on outside of the door. Very small tv. 」

「We stayed here to go to Merlefest in Wilkesboro. It is a straight shot there. Hotel was comfortable and clean. The exercise room could stand an upgrade.」

Breakfast of waffles, cereal, yogurt, bread and coffee seemed a little slight but more than enough for me. Excellent hotel for the price. Will definetly stay here again!」
