「Room was very clean. Breakfast was just ok. Overall good stay.」

「Our phone didn’t work and we couldn’t raise the blinds in our room. When we told the staff they told us to use our cell phones and maintenance would take care of it tomorrow and offered to move us to a room on the fourth floor while the elevator wasn’t working. They didn’t know there is a remote to raise the blinds. We found out when we checked out.」

「Three Trails is ideally located in downtown Elkin. It, however, is located next to an active railroad line and trains do sound their horns early in the mornings and sometimes at night. Three Trails is also on the corner of the main street junction of the city. Therefore, there is street noise. Three Trails would be much improved, and more comfortable for guests, if sound proofing glass is installed in the windows. 「The property was a great choice. Although it is in the middle of nowhere, I’d travel just to stay back at this property. It was very clean, like very clean from entering on the property, inside lobby, fitness center and my room. I loved the wine bar that was inside the hotel lobby, the breakfast had great options and my room was comfortable besides me not knowing hours to close the main curtains to block out the street light which was directly in front of my room.
