「The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.」

「Locations near the waterfront for the boat tour n hop on hop off bus ..walking distance to Royal palace and stortorget area ..supermarket nearby too ...no ramp to bring your luggage you need to carry your luggages by the stairs to the reception but theres elavator to go up the room ...i did not get the vip benefit no restaurant on the hotel」

「Great stay of excellent value. We had our room upgraded to superior room which was very big. Quiet and elegant hotel at the urban oasis of Stockholm with historic background. Breakfast was good - we also came back for dinner in one of the evenings which was impressive. Highly recommended.」
