「I’m not one to complain or leave bad reviews but wow, terrible. The room was not the cleanest looking, dried hard mud in the bathroom. I have severe dust mite allergies and I had a reaction just standing in the room for a few minutes. It triggered an asthma attack. My teenage daughter and I ended up walking into another hotel and praying for an open room there.」

「First time in Vermillion. Decided to go there and avoid outrageous room costs in Sioux Falls. I will go again. This was easy to get to and was a nice place.」

「The front desk attendant at check-in was friendly and helpful. Walls are a little thin so it was a bit noisy until 11pm and at 6 am. The shower wouldn't work and the temperature was only boiling hot. The adjuster just spun and the shower stopped wouldn't stay up. When I told the lady at the front desk she said she would check it, didn't apologize or anything else. Beds were very comfortable and clean.」

「Electric outlets not working had to change rooms. Then toilet didn’t flush no water. Hairdryer nor telephone worked. Could not change channels on tv. From the 4 nights we stayed only 1 time the beds were made. At evening nobody is ever at the desk. Breakfast items running low or not available. We stayed here last year and we had no trouble at all. Maybe they were understaffed and they were in a remodel.」

「Updated styling. Clean room and friendly staff. Only 2 things with our room that could have been better. The lightbulbs in bedside lamps needed brighter bulbs. Impossible to read in bed. Outside our window on the ground floor, a very bright lawn installed light shown right into our window at night. Thankfully the curtains were enough to keep it out.」
