「Poor maintenance. Door at the end of the hall had the handle taped so it never locked. Could hardly understand the desk clerk as his accent was so heavy. The air conditioner grate was gooey sticky. The toilet wasn't seated properly and wobbled when you sat.」

「The room was clean. Great A/C in our room! And hot shower. 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel for a 4-person room. The stairs had not been vacuumed well and had gum stuck in the carpet. Trash in the landscaping. No smoke detector in the room; just cords hanging down. Ceiling paint cracked and peeling from apparent water damage. No glasses in the room for drinking water. Front desk had display of drinks available, but out of everything but 2 flavors of Gatorade. Free 'Super Start' continental...
