NEVER have we stayed in a place quite like this!! The sheets were covered with what I only hope was dog hair! Even after asking for clean sheets, we had to go across the street to buy towels! NO COFFEE was provided - even though the sign said breakfast from 6 to 9. Once again we were in our car getting coffee and breakfast from next door.

Main entry way of the building smells terrible. The bathroom had short black hair all over the shower and floor. I was charged more than Expedia said when I paid at check in. Also had us pay with Venmo. It was a 90 degree day and no air was on in the room. The beds were not comfortable and the white towels had stains.

The toilet wasn't bolted to the floor, the room was dirty, the bedding was stained absolutely disgusting and the staff didn't seem to care at all. My husband was as less than impressed after traveling several hours

Several lights in room didn’t work. Only one small roll of tp in bathroom. One bar of soap. No continental breakfast or coffee. Dining area was a filthy. Crumbs from the day or days before? Check in clerk was friendly but front desk was pretty much un manned.

In our room there was no remote for the TV and the sensor was covered with a band-aid or something ,the bathroom door didn't close all the way and there was no extra toilet paper and the roll on the holder was mostly empty and also there was only pne panel of curtain on the window. The room did look freshly painted though.

There was only cereal. One banana and 2 yogurts in the entire breakfast area and the called that their super starter breakfast. Also never came into room to empty trash or give us new towels.

Dirty bathroom, thin towels that were old and gray, not white, no tv, no coffee or water, some cereal in a container but no breakfast at 7am, supposed to have king bed but got Queen as they said no king, inefficient staff at check in. Side light by bed didn’t work. No updates at all. Would never recommend or stay there again. Would have left but it was late and nowhere to go. YUK!!!!

The room was clean. Great A/C in our room! And hot shower. 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel for a 4-person room. The stairs had not been vacuumed well and had gum stuck in the carpet. Trash in the landscaping. No smoke detector in the room; just cords hanging down. Ceiling paint cracked and peeling from apparent water damage. No glasses in the room for drinking water. Front desk had display of drinks available, but out of everything but 2 flavors of Gatorade. Free 'Super Start' continental breakfast was underwhelming. No coffee.

At check in the property did not have the room type we reserved. So we agreed to a room with fewer amenities and negotiated a lower price. The room was not clean. We had a fireball shooter and candy wrappers on the floor. Stains on the bedding. The smoke detector was taken apart and covered with a plastic bag. And the curtain pulls were broke. The breakfast was two kinds of cold cereal, about 5 bite size muffins and some hard boiled eggs in the fridge. But after seeing how poorly it was cleaned we weren’t tempted to eat there anyway. The ice machine didn’t have a scoop. When we asked for one they brought out a microwave food cover to use but when we went back it was gone again.

The lobby was full of people partying half the night. Breakfast was nonexsistent. No cereal no toast. Just milk coffee banana and yogurt. Hair and a left over bar of soap. System was down couldn't get into room. 1 towel for the whole room
