"The room really wasn’t cleaned at all and it was disappointing that the pool wasn’t open when that is one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. But other than that, everything was good. Unfortunately it seems like no hotel has truly clean rooms anymore. But not changing sheets and thoroughly cleaning bathroom is unsanitary and unacceptable."

"The rooms A/C was loud and wouldn’t work 80 degrees upon arrival the sheets and beds were dirty and had wrapper and piecing under mattresses. The carpet and walls had stains and were sticky the shower curtain was broken. It was awful we couldn’t stay and sleep. We took pictures of everything… Plus, they want one hundred for deposit and it’s nasty and filthy the pics and advertisements are so misleading!!!! Do not stay HERE!!!!"

"Before I reserved I call them whether the hot tub is working the front desk said yes, however, the manager said it has been broken for 5 months when I checked in. I tried to cancel it with hotel.com. But it was very hard and I stayed in with a big disappointment. The room smells so bad, so I asked to change."

"They dont respec the type of rooms you request. I paid for my room 4 weeks in advance. When I arrived they told me they already sold my rooms becauee they were overlooked when I called personally the day of arrival to let them know i was going to arrive at 8PM. The receptionist told me it was fine and rhat my rooms were ready. It was all a big lie. Plus the showers are dirty, the towel rack was almost detached from the wall. Horrible place i do not recommend to anyone. "

"Bathroom not clean, had beard hair from previous guest. It smelled like previous guest had smoked in the room. Front desk called to ask about the room, which was kind, but we already unpacked and were in bed. They said they could come up and spray something to help with the smell"
