「Everything was good but would have liked a coffee maker in the room」

「Overall, it was a nice well-kept hotel. While our room was next to the elevator there was not any issues with noise. Breakfast was good and experience was good. Only concern is it is by Hwy 2 so if on east side of building could be noisy.」

「We had a huge room which was the best family room I’ve ever had. Large kitchen, living room and bathroom, then 2 full bedrooms (both with space and tvs). The front desk staff at check in went above and beyond and got items that I forgot to help me out. The slide is fast and the kids loved the pool. 」

「Leaking pipe above us so we could hear water all night. Other than that room was clean and nice. Charged us for early check in when it was 20 minutes to 4 so that was disappointing but overall good stay 」

「Rooms are clean but bedding, drapes and carpet are old and dingy. No in room coffee maker and no ice machine and pool is permanently closed. Very disappointed. Always has been our go to hotel in Ponoka but won’t stay here anymore. Owner needs to push some money towards repairs and updates. 」
