「Arriving at the hotel we had questions beginning right from the parking lot outside of the hotel. Everything was in such bad disrepair and didn't give us very much confidence in the cleanliness and quality of the hotel. We had a pool view room (105) which upon first seeing appeared clean. However there was no AC, barely a fan, the humidity and heat were out of control, and the carpet was DAMP. The shower appeared clean but there was visible MOLD in the grout and along the edges.
