"Another fantastic stay at our favorite Orlando hotel (and we have stayed at a lot!). The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, and the amenities are fantastic. You can never run out of stuff to do. The staff is amazing and helpful. Paula at the front desk, is a superstar and she was so welcoming and fantastic to work with. We will be back!"

"Water park under construction, I was not notified by front desk or staff. They also charged me $35 for parking. Unable to do check in till 4pm. Tried messaging staff member for access to hotel facilities before checking in and I never received a response back till next day. "

"Breakfast was ok. Staff was excellent. Rooms were ok. Pool was good, we were able to bring our own snacks and drinks in. "

"Small rooms with only double beds. Great pool area for kids and wonderful location!"

"Pipes broke and didn’t have hot water for a day. The bathroom toilet was also broke it made a very loud noise reach time"

"The photos shown for the hotel were completely different from the actual conditions. The staff was rude, and it was very disappointing that my room was not serviced until the fourth day of my stay. The shuttle schedule was also extremely inconvenient, both in the morning and for the return trips. Overall, this was one of my worst experiences. "
