"Staff were friendly and helpful. Weather was cold and wet so we couldn’t use the pool much but the area around it was lovely. Plenty of outdoor seating. Older building but the rooms were comfortable and more modern. Very clean, and all the carpets were being cleaned floor by floor. Great location, 10 minutes walk to Disney Springs entrance. The resort fee includes free shuttles to the Disney parks and the hotel has a 30 mins early entrance. Really convenient for beating the crowds. Would stay here again."

"The valet was so sweet! Every time I arrived and departed in an uber, they assisted. The walk to Disney springs was super easy. And I was able to check into my room first thing in the morning after arriving at 9am. I wasn’t expecting a room to be ready so it was a VERY APPRECIATED surprise!"
