"It's definitely a 5 Star property. I'm only taking 1 star off for the amenity hrs. The fitness center opens at 8:30AM and closes at 6PM (last admission at 5PM). If you're a tourist and like to work out as well then forget either the gym or breakfast as the breakfast closes at 10AM. No possibility of working out in the evening either because when you're back from any excursion, it's closed. And BTW, the 2 days I used the gym, there was no air conditioning, no water and no towels. No attendant around so you could ask."

"Hotel is Nice to stay Clean / helpful / Breakfast was Great 👍 10/10 Only didn’t have extra pillows because pillow provided was like Tortilla pillow.. Tea ☕️ and kettle Did not provide…… Rest of no complaints.. Love to stay agvain"

"Me and my 9 year old had an awsome time we were so happy with our room and the staffs were all sooo amazing. And the best part is its in the center of everything and walking distance to the Interlaken ost station. Def would come back and stay again."
