I have visited this hotel several times, and she is truly genuine in her care for her guests. She makes you feel so welcome, and at home. It is my husbands first visit, and he adores the hotel. "Everything was amazing. Serena at the front desk was lovely. It was my son’s birthday and they sent up a bottle of champagne, which was amazing. The gym was fantastic and the room was beautiful. Breakfast was a wonderful treat. There’s not one thing I would change about this Hotel stay."
