「The receptionist Vanessa and helper netty are super nice and helpful. They don’t tell you there is no a/c and you will be super hot!!!! Also 6 monkey escaped into my room and threw my stuff everywhere. The owners appear to be nice however they talked to other guest and not me, very weird. Wi-Fi went out for half the day. 」

「Staff are 5 star having Jennifer at front desk.
Hotel is a 2 star....construction loud noise each day at 8am-5pm on my 8 days vacation.
Misleading information advertising breakfast but never get no breakfast.
This is a beach front hotel.
No music,no activity.
The 2 pools are not functional.
Broken tiles everywhere..

• WiFi needs boost to reach the rooms
• Water was off in some days and this caused delays during the day
• Pest control issues to be looked at
• The shower pressure needs to checked
• Water heating to be consistent 」
