Everything was fine except the service and anyone else likely wouldn't have noticed. I arrived at 11:15 pm. I called 10 mins before I arrived to let them know. When I arrived, I had to call again because the bell at the counter got no response. He was obviously not happy to check me in. I am a stickler for customer service because I offer that in my work.

Our stay was good. The room was clean for the most part. My husband brought my breakfast back to the room for me, since I was still sleeping. I put it in the microwave to reheat and there was some previous guests food still in the microwave from their visit. Hopefully just the day before...but who really knows. Seems like emptying out the fridge and microwave should go hand in hand with the cleaning of the rooms. But there it was. Chicken fingers. Kind of creeped us out...wondering if the rest of the room was really cleaned or not. We tossed them in the trash and went on about our day. It didn't ruin our trip. Just a minor inconvenience.

We stayed here for 2 nights for visiting family. The price and location was good. Front desk was very accommodating. Continental breakfast, not so desirable, but it didn't concern us. Room was clean, quiet, safe, everything worked - so no real complaints. The lobby had a slight odor, but we were not here to hang out in the lobby.

I booked this room for my parents to stay in while we were visiting Diamondhead. They said they were very pleased with the room, hotel, and staff. They said they would stay there again. Note: The breakfast is a quick fill up with yogurt, cereal, and other easy to grab foods.

no elevator, stood at desk to be checked in for about 20minutes before acknowledged, duct around light fixture falling from bathroom ceiling, tv was not connected properly and had to have attendant come assist as remote would not allow us to fix. i have stayed at much nicer places and spent a whole lot less than the $140 for one night there!

Well, we reserved a King Suite & received a double queen instead. There was mold on the lampshades, the door had pretty big gaps around it meaning lots of light & noise from the hallway, & there were open piles of garbage sitting at the door for at least 2 days. This is the door that they deemed usable for the dogs at that, so not very pet friendly. We put a towel under the door to try to keep light & sound out, but it only helped a little. Ringing the bell at the front desk only worked about 1/3rd of the time. The place needs some serious renovations. We will not be back.
