"The room is not well sealed, wind creates a howl like a scary movie and it lasts all night. Bedding smelled funky, like it sat too long with moisture. The bed sinks in and the pillows are atrocious. We debated going to Costco and buying some to get thru the week. Overall they charge like it’s top notch resort for motel style amenities. The air hockey tables for the kids don’t work, the shuffleboard is warped and doesn’t slide, foosball table doesn’t have a ball and the pool was so small and cloudy there’s no way anyone was getting in there without getting pink eye. Very disappointing stay, the money was NOT worth it. I wouldn’t go back there ever again. "

"My family and I had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel. The location is fantastic, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our experience enjoyable. The room was also comfortable and the amenities met my expectations. However, I did encounter a couple of issues during our stay. The toilet flush handle was broken, which was annoying to also adjust every time we had to flush. If you don’t adjust it, the water just keeps on running all the time. Additionally, I felt that the housekeeping could have been a little thorough; it seemed like they mainly changed towels, took out the trash, and made the bed, without actually cleaning the room. Despite these minor setbacks, we still enjoyed our overall experience and would consider staying here again for the great location and friendly service."
