「I had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western Plus in Rialto. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. The rooms appeared newly updated and were very clean and well maintained. One feature I especially appreciated was the push-button privacy option for the windows, which added an extra level of comfort and convenience. 「Friendly efficient and well run with excellent room amenities. Only blemish was on parking at the front in the sole remaining space next to the office they have a corner kerb which averages 4” high except at the actual corner area where it becomes insane 8” and clearly a risk to cars backing out. My car received damage on the lower bumper which will require paint rectification. This is an obvious hazard that needs action taken.」

「Cheap motel in a bit of a dodgey area. But walked to a nearby restaurant at night, people seem to keep to themselves. Outside the motel is well lit, nothing seemed to happen the night I was there. For a cheap bed for the night it’s fine.」

「Everything about the room and property was great. The only part that wasn’t great was the paper thin walls. My partner child and I were woken up at 1am by our neighbors night activities. Unfortunately we were able to hear every single thing. It was as if their headboard was right up against the headboard where our daughter was sleeping. We knocked on the shared wall to try to get them to quiet down a little bit. You can also imagine the conversation we had to have with our 6 year old daughter.....

「The staff was nice. There is not enough parking. We had went out for the day and our room didnt get cleaned trash was still left there bathroom didnt get cleaned or anything. When we called down to the front desk they said they only clean the room every 3 days which I find gross.」

「Ileft my clothes in the room and forgot about it. When I called the hotel the next day, they said they didn't have them. I'm quite sure I put my clothes in the wardrobe. It must be that the staff saw my clothes were designer brands and took them without reporting it.」

This was second time we were in the area and both times the hotel was great. Thank you! Please ensure your staff knows they are appreciated!」

「Having the breakfast to grab when before we left was good, but there was only one staff person there and she was very slow. The keypad for the back gate had apparently been broken so it was disabled and our card could not work on the gate. We had to park back there and were unable to use that for access to the hotel and had to walk all the way around late at night when we arrived back at the hotel. That should be fixed.」
