「We reserved a suite with 3 beds for 6 adults and when tying to check in hey didn’t have that suite but offered us initially a room with a king, a pull out sofa bed and blankets for the floor. Uh nope! Staff and manager quickly found us 2 rooms so that only one couple slept on pull out and no one was on floor. Comp’ed us the room and gave us sodas and let us check in early. Staff was kind and calm and we figured out an acceptable solution together. Kudos to the team!!! Kindness wins every time!」

「We very much enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites in Boulder. The location is great with a supermarket and food options right behind the hotel. We loved having a full kitchen and the ability to store groceries and make lunches to take for our full days of hiking and exploring.
