「Nice clean new remodel hotel.we will back again 」

「Check in and check out were easy by using the link provided. The whirlpool had distinct water line ring & hair in the bottom. The ice bucket had black mold around the ring at the top. The exterior door of the hotel was unlocked/unlatched when we entered. Once we closed it shut and tried to reopen for a family member bringing in baggage, the door would not open. Both of these were alarming.」

The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible. 「I made my reservation 15 minutes before arriving. When I got there the clerk at the counter seemed annoyed that I interrupted her time spent talking with friends, that were standing at the counter. Then when she realized she needed to help me, she said "Oh, you just made this reservation, I thought I was done for thr night." I was less than impressed.」
