「Room a little smaller than what I think.my suitcase barely hard to open.」

「Don't book the hotel. Hotel is disgusting. The first room we were given had hair and stains on the sheets, dead bugs in the floor, nothing had been swept and cleaned in a while and I wonder of they ever clean their sheets. We were given another room when I went back to front desk unhappy with the first room. The second room wasn't much better. Floors were better but the sheets were so gross with stains and other peoples hair. We went to another hotel. They did give me a refund on the room.」

「My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! The room was updated and clean, comfy bed. The pool was clean and water warm. There is also a sauna, gym, yoga, and relaxation room onsite. We will be staying here again on our next trip in the Dells & I highly recommend it.」

「Breakfast was average at best. Nothing new. The reading lights over the beds did not work and the outlets on the lamps were loose and only worked periodically. Positives were the beds were nice and the shower was very nice.」

「The rooms weren’t horrible but there seemed to be mold growing on the wall lamp right between the beds. The breakfast could have been better. The staff was great no issues there. The pool and hot tub were a very nice amenity.」

「It smelled like a zoo, I don’t know how they had such a high rating. Our bed cover was stained and the sheets irritated my skin to the point of giving me a rash. There was a dog in the room across from ours so we heard yapping all night and there was kibble in the hallway. There’s definitely residents who just live there. The AC is an ancient system that woke you up every time it jerked on. It will get you through 1 night and 1 night only.」

「Room was clean and comfortable but a bit Spartan. Shower, AC, refrigerator, microwave worked fine. Lighting was depressingly dim and inadequate. Wi-Fi was worse than inadequate, painfully slow and kept cutting out. I stayed 3 nights but the fourth night I had a zoom meeting so I bailed and moved to a different motel down the road.」

「The front desk lady was extremely rude. Didn’t tell us the children’s swim area was closed until we checked in when we had small children and didn’t offer to give us some of our money back. That’s the entire reason we went there!」

「Elderly buildings, but rustic charm and elaborate woodwork on the outside verandas. Very nice pool, probably the favorite amenity for most guests. Maybe some staffing problems - couldn't find the desk clerk to check in for about 15 minutes, and there were no towels whatsoever supplied in my room. When I pointed that out at the desk, that was quickly corrected. Continental breakfast featured a wide selection of foods, but I didn't see anyone around to attend to the dining room. 「Room was filthy, once arriving they add on tons of extra fees we ended up paying an extra 250 at check in. We had a family of 5 and they wouldn’t give us enough towels for our entire family they said 4 at a time. Bedding had dried blood on it. The room honestly felt dirty all they did was make the beds. Ice machine had mold in it as well. Pool was beyond disgusting and green」

「Getting to go to the inflatable water park was great. Bathroom in room not great ( small, dark, dated ) and A/c was not good either, but we would definitely stay again for location and the water activities.」
