「Upon checking in our rooms were not cleaned. The rooms we requested were not available. Room had anew code entry the receptionist wrote down code. We came back at 10:30 pm could not get in our room . Called the front office no one avaliable. Called the cell # we were provided no answer after multiple calls no return call. 「Hotel was fine in general, but the shower was out of soap when I got there. I had to pump soap from the sink into a cup to use in the shower...should NEVER happen. Ironing board was funky. Housekeeping needs to treat those like linens and wash frequently. Breakfast had powdered eggs, but great coffee. 」

Lots of towels and supplies. The check in process was easy and they are very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it overall. 」
