"We didn’t use the kitchen but it had a stove, large refrigerator with ice maker and a microwave. Interior was neat and clean. It was a self check in, easy instructions and our code were emailed hours before check in just as was stated they would.
The only thing we noticed missing was bath soap of any kind.
The exterior grounds looked like we were at a construction site with some kind of big equipment beeping at 6 something in the morning while backing up. "
"The name of the area is apropos as you should breeze past it and not stay here. Room was a hot box, in Alaska of all places. I mentioned it to the desk and was told they would move us if the heat was broken. When I stated the heat was off yet it was stifling, they said they were full and couldn’t move us. Clerk said we should open the windows on the first floor unit.
Returned for our second night and they didn’t clean the room. “What do you need?. They said they were short on help.
NEVER AGAIN should we ever return to Seward. They did offer to comp a breakfast."
"This property does not do a personalized check in. We were suppose to get a code on the day of our check in by email or text, we did not get either. We tried calling and texting from the airport the day we were suppose to be checking in but no one answered. This is what you get with cold people that should not be in the service industry dealing with people. If they do not want to see people get out of the buisness and go dig a ditch. If you are the type of people that want no contact with a real person then this is the place for you."
"Great place to stay !! Employees go out of there way to help. Very courteous and the rooms are immaculate.. everything is pricey in Alaska. Rooms were booked for a fair price! Shuttle to town every hour ! Lovely area"
"It is not fancy and the television wasn't working the first night, the restaurant wasn't open for dinner but the views were stunning. We had a really yummy traditional breakfast for only $10 a plate which was our cheapest meal of the trip. We aren't picky We were just happy to be in Alaska "
"Cabin - Extremely small. No wifi, no tv, no dresser or closet. When I closed the door, the door 's window curtain fell because the nail holding one end came out. I do not recommend this accommodation."
"Rented the king crab yurt. 1st time ever staying in a yurt and we had an awesome time. Very clean bathrooms/showers. Rained the whole time so we couldnt have a bon fire but we played cards in the yurt and had a blast. Thank you so much for the fun experience."
