"The place is new. Everything is clean and modern. Nice kitchen with refrigerator, cooking facilities, and sink although the place is one open room and a bit cramped. Our room had no bed side lamp. Nice walk in closet and bathroom with new fixtures and finishes but sliding door doubles as the closet door, sliding between the two, and does not lock. I loved the location on the access road to the park but, not far from the harbor and downtown areas. "
"Our cabin was so cute and well appointed. The king bed was a dream! Loved the bathroom shower and separate sink areas. The gas fireplace was great to take away the evening chill. Numerous breakfast options were included in stay. Evening dining can be purchased in lodge restaurant, or pizza, ice cream and a few gifts are available in parlor. You can choose to canoe, kayak, paddleboard on the lake. This facility is centrally located for day visits to Seward and Girdwood. We loved our 3 night stay!"
"Very nice facility - multiple buildings, felt like we were in a cabin in the woods (which we were!). On-site restaurant very good. Close to Seward and activities there. We would stay here again for sure. Two adults and two teenage kids fit easily in the double room (two queen beds)."
