It is not fancy and the television wasn't working the first night, the restaurant wasn't open for dinner but the views were stunning. We had a really yummy traditional breakfast for only $10 a plate which was our cheapest meal of the trip. We aren't picky We were just happy to be in Alaska

Such an amazing place. The staff, food, and proximity to wildlife/wilderness are all outstanding. Anyone looking to head off into the last great frontier should have a stay at the Summit Lake Lodge for a night or two. Recommend renting the lakefront cabins, as waking up to a cup of coffee in bed ...

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very comfortable and clean. We didn’t have a car and the free shuttle doesn’t go out that far. So we had to use a taxi to go anywhere.

Cute little cabins with tiny pond. Clean shared toilet and shower. Do be deterred by the name The “Dirty Skillet” restaurant on property was amazing! Cute outdoor restaurant with a wonderful ambience and delicious food.
