The hotel is basic but clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The best thing is the location if you are using it as a base for a Kenai Fjords tour as we were. It's across the street (1 minute walk) from the Harbor 360 Hotel where the Major Marines tour check in and embarkation dock is located.

The staff were excellent. The location and facilities were also very good. It was a very short walk to everything in the area. I did not get back into my car until I was leaving Alaska. Will definitely stay there again the next time that I go to Seward.

This hotel’s location is great but the sound proof is poor. We stayed on the first floor and had to suffer the noise from upper floor and neighbors.

The Breeze Inn is the place to stay in Seward. Rooms and common areas were clean, the on-site restaurant and bars were very accommodating and nice as well. We had an issue with our room whereas the heat was not working. The front desk attendant, Crystal, quickly took care of the issue and provided us with a more than adequate portable heater for our stay. Special thank you to her for the quick resolution to the issue. It was nice to walk into the hotel and be greeted with her smile and welcome.

Staff was very helpful. Room was pretty basic. Some minor issues, like bathroom fan not working. Stayed 2 nights, didn't get maid service. Avoid the restaurant, it's terrible and the staff is rude, but there are many other options within 1 or 2 blocks.

The staff was helpful and very personable. The restaurant was conveniently located and had great food. The wait staff was attentive, especially Valerie. The view from our annex room was breath taking!

The name of the area is apropos as you should breeze past it and not stay here. Room was a hot box, in Alaska of all places. I mentioned it to the desk and was told they would move us if the heat was broken. When I stated the heat was off yet it was stifling, they said they were full and couldn’t move us. Clerk said we should open the windows on the first floor unit. Returned for our second night and they didn’t clean the room. “What do you need?. They said they were short on help. NEVER AGAIN should we ever return to Seward. They did offer to comp a breakfast.
