「Very good experience~all my family love it!」

「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「This room was much smaller than we anticipated (the bathroom was bigger than the bedroom!). The bathroom door didn’t fit in the opening so it didn’t close all the way. We noticed a sewer gas smell both evenings we were there. This was a very convenient location for hiking the Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte trails.」

「Location is not the greatest.」

「非常好，价格便宜，房间很大，设施齐全，还有厨房各种厨具可以做饭！太棒了！」

「Room was spacious and well maintained. Nicely decorated and loved the courtyard. Right in old town Cottonwood and close to Sedona and Jerome. Highly recommend!」
