「Everything was as expected: a 5-star experience. We asked for an extra (second) set of towels, as we had been provided with only one set for a six-night stay. The response was quick and professional, and our request was fulfilled in a timely manner. Not a deal-breaker; however, a dedicated towel rack where guests can hang and dry their towels during the day would be a helpful addition. Also, a few more clothes hangers would go a long way toward making it easier for guests to store their...

「This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). 「I really like the central location of this property. We were near a plethora of restaurants, shopping, cafes. The Mont Royal Metro is basically across the street. The property was relatively clean; just wish there was more attention to fixtures like vents and the oven. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.」

「The stay at this St-Denis apartment was just as advertised: Clean, conveniently located, and easy to find. The kitchen and bathrooms were both stocked with necessities, the WiFi was fast enough for remote work, and the bed was quite comfortable. The stairs up to the third floor were a little tight and a little steep, so travelers with mobility issues may want to consider a unit closer to the ground floor. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape the Downtown/Old Port corridor and...

「The location was great in the heart of old town Montreal. There was so much to see in walking distance. When we ventured outside of old Montreal, it was super easy to get an Uber or Lyft right at the front door of the hotel. The in unit laundry was helpful and everything in our room was clean and easy. We were there for a mother/young adult daughter trip and would definitely stay here again.」
