I love the beautiful hotel , the only thing for me was the hot tub stayed full never got a chance to use it unfortunately during my 2 day stay, When I did finally see it empty to get in..the staff they had just changed the water and it needed a while to get hot tub hot again.I tried waiting it was a while. but maybe next time. Everything else was amazing 😁 will definitely book this luxurious hotel again.

Property is modern and clean. Staff is polite and helpful. The bathroom was a little tight and the layout of the rooms and elevators are a little awkward.

The staff were excellent! They gave complimentary breakfast to my wife and I for her birthday as well as freshly baked cookies. The rooms were immaculate and the whole environment was pleasing! Will definitely be a returning customer!

So this is usually my go to hotel for a staycation but this time around I was disappointed the mirrors were dirty in my room, the TV had dust all over it along with fingerprints, I called the front desk to get someone up there to clean it. No one never came so I ended up cleaning it myself. Call downstairs to the front desk to get a wine glass. I was told to go get it myself. What’s the point of room service if I have to do it myself? I can say this wasn’t a good stay this time around. I think it’s time for me to find a new spot.

Only stayed one night but enjoyed our stay. Felt safe. Room was spacious and clean. Within good distance from where we wanted to visit. Nice staff. Breakfast at the attached diner was so good. Would stay again.

This hotel stay exceeded our expectations! Hotel was very clean and staff was particularly helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed our service from waitress Mya at the on-site restaurant Zalmans, where food was very good as well. Thank you!

Very nice and clean! Customer service was good. Breakfast was great! The only complaint was how uncomfortable the bed was, woke up in the morning with bad back pains.

Formerly the Kingsley Inn this property has been a fixture on main thoroughfare Woodward Avenue for years. Under its new identity, the property is well-maintained, clean with very good restaurant options on property. The hotel is quiet and the staff is excellent. A good value.

The covers had holes in it. So did some of our towels. The ironing board was broken. They did replace it. The staff was amazing with great service. So over all I would say it was an average stay with good and bad things.
