「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Insika Lodge. Shortly after booking our online reservation for our group of seven, the staff reached out to confirm airport transportation. Our shuttle driver was on time not only for airport transportation but for all of our excursions. The lodge arranged all of our excursions for us and they were exceptional. Staff was incredibly friendly, everywhere you walked you would be greeted with a “Hello” “Good Morning” “How did you sleep?” This place was just fantastic. I don’t want to leave! Aufpassen muss man allerdings bei der Schlussrechnung: Bei uns fanden sich einige Sachen, die wir so nicht gebucht hatten. Dies wurde allerdings nach entsprechender Reklamation berichtigt.」
