「Manager was helpful and pleasant」

「A fully renovated “traditional” style motel. Clean, modern and comfortable. Nice large lobby and area for breakfast. The room clock was actually correct!」

「The hotel had a really bad infestation of German coach roaches in two closed off rooms that were 3/4 rooms down from our room. The staff reassured us that the next day they would upgrade our room and also give a partial refund and claimed the new room would be bug safe but we didn’t want to risk. They tried to convince us that it’s wasn’t as bad as I think. But the amount of bugs I saw crowing out of those closed rooms were proof that the infestation was massive.」

Creo que le encargada el su atención su amabilidad esas ganas de atender al cliente de una manera súper espectacular. La felicito. Bendiciones y deberían de subirle el sueldo por su gran atención y excelente servicio muy buena empleada」

「Great location for travel. Property undergoing renovations, so some amenities were unavailable and construction stuff around. Nice and helpful staff.」

「Room smelled like smoke, pillows same smoke smell. Doors didn’t close securely. Trash and debris left in the stairwells. Damaged HVAC units. Breakfast was extremely limited, no juice, warm milk, and the waffle batter was watered down. Pictures showed a pool, but it was out of service. Definitely not worth $120, maybe worth $60 per night.」
