「I book for a full week, and I left the next day. Bed bugs, no tv, ac wasn’t working. There’s no stuff at the desk. They have a computer monitor and that’s how you talk to the front desk. Crazy dirty place.」

「Our carpet smelled bad. There were small pellets on the floor that looked like they were deodorizers. The security to the building was non existent. The room keys didn't work on the outside doors but that was ok because they were never locked! We asked for a change of rooms but they were fully booked.」

「I will stay here again. The site was well-maintained and spacious. The accommodations were more than I expected with easy access to nearby restaurants. Thank you, Baymont care team for making my stay relaxing and safe!」

「Sewer gas smell made us sick so we checked out and into a better place. I would never go back there and would not recommend this place to anyone. And the pool was closed.」

「Holiday Inn cancelled my reservation with no communication which I made a month prior. They cancelled on reservation day. Extremely poor response from the hotel management. They wasn’t able to handle the situation. Telling conflicting stories. Manager was missing throughout my 2 nights stay. There was no attempt to correct it. I felt I was left at the mercy their management. The hotel was under construction, breakfast had limited items, pan cake machine didn’t work. I usually do not do...

「Large updated room but staff was inattentive. Paper thin walls. Adjoining rooms tv and voices kept us up for hours. 」

「Corridor Smells. Breakfast option limited - not even oatmeal & Greek yogurt - though they had waffles, yoplait. Fruits were over by 8AM though was a busy weekend. Room assigned wasn’t even room services (bed not done, towels on floor). But the staff at lobby & managing breakfast were pretty helpful, responsive and courteous. 」

「It was easy to get to. Room was clean. It is an older hotel but worked great for what we needed. We would go back and we did not see a pool. 」

「I’ve used quality inn before, and always been happy with my stay. The room I had at this location was not nearly as clean, it was pretty disappointing.」
