「This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. 「位置很好，作为绿色巴士最靠里的一站，这里上车大概率有位置坐。我们十二点到达就让入住。满意。就是Wifi不太好。」

「Beautiful, relaxing idyllic stay. Food was good. Staff were lovely. Pool was nice. Loved the setting and nature. The hammocks were a nice touch. Lots of activities. Bush walks were fun. Bedding etc was very clean. Room 15 was very musty so had to keep aircon on at all times. 」

「酒店适合看海，有一条很文艺范的栈道深入海中。位置离开downtown有一定距离，打车大约8澳币的样子。早餐还不错环境很好，是镇上少数包含早餐的酒店之一。」

「由落機的機場接送到櫃台check-in, 全程職員跟進，行李有人打點，check-in 後有哥爾夫球車送你到獨立小屋門前，超服務貼心。小屋環境清幽，雖然下面便是主街，但有種遠離煩囂的感覺。島上住宿一般是早上10:00 退房，自助早餐也是早上10:30 完結，正當我們苦惱，究竟先要退房還是先吃早餐，（因為退房和訂了自助早餐的餐廳有一段距離呢）於是打到前台一問，能不能吃完早餐才回房間拿行李再退房，意想不到的服務要出現，職員說:即管去享受早餐，行李放在房間，會有專人過來幫你拿行李到大堂，食完早餐後才前往櫃台交還門匙。那刻有種賓至如歸的感覺，服務一流好貼心。 PS 記得自備牙膏牙刷^_^」

「飯店位置在比較陡的坡上稍微有點吃力外，其他都非常滿意，隔天參加了聖靈群島一日遊行程，飯店還很貼心幫我們打電話確認候車位置。飯店提供的泳池還是溫水，遠方還可眺望海，景色很美。房間該有的設備都有，還提供洗衣烘衣機，非常方便，下次去Airlie beach 還是會選擇這裡。」

「Spent 3 nights in Qualia during our visit to Great Barrier Reef. The staffs were generally friendly and helpful. Dinner in the long pavilion was awesome but be prepared for its high price. Taste menu is highly recommended. Overall speaking it's definitely a 5 star resort. However, with the money you spent ( at least 1250 USD per night, half board), you will surely expect something more unique and personal. 」

「交通較不方便，但仍可選擇計程車抵達，附近就有超市及商店街，生活機能還算方便。風景極佳！」

「雖然這酒店有點遠離了Main Street，但它的房間很整潔，有冷氣和風扇，亦有獨立衛浴，停車位置就在屋旁，十分寬敞，非常方便。職員也很好很親切，會推介！附: 其實房內更有冰箱、煮食爐、微波爐和洗滌盆，儲存或翻熱食物都冇問題！讚！」
